	Seagrape Cottage is situated right on the shore in one of the most perfect locations imaginable. It has accessed from the waters edge on to the dining deck, or along a shell-strewn path into a small walled garden - complete privacy is assured. There are stunning views across the sparkling sea to Great Thatch, Yost Van Dyke and the most western tip of Tortola. It is built in typical West-Indian style: Gingerbread trims a large terracotta-tiled veranda, which engulfs three sides of the cottage, and a private dining deck built out over the sea with steps leading directly to the shore.
On the inside an open plan interior with brightly colored shuttered doors, leads onto the veranda. The cottage is simply, but very elegantly decorated, terracotta floors overlaid with rugs, bamboo and rattan furniture, a fully equipped kitchen area, a stunning draped four-poster bed, and a traditionally styled bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.
Outside, on the capacious wrap around balcony, there are tables and chairs, sun-loungers, and a king-sized hammock which enable guests to enjoy full sun and maximum tanning, or retreat to the shade and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes as they prefer. There is also a covered external cooking area, with a full-sized professional barbecue, grill and cook-top for al fresco meals.
